Weekly No-Limit Hold'em Tournament Poker
A Coachella Valley Tradition Since 2004
O'Donnell Poker Den has been bringing together poker enthusiasts from across the Coachella Valley since 2004. What started as a home game grew into a thriving weekly league with a community of dedicated regulars, newcomers, and returning players who keep coming back year after year.
After a pause during the COVID era, OPD relaunched and has quickly regained momentum, with growing attendance, multi-table events, and a competitive standings race every season.
Whether you're a seasoned pro or picking up your first hand of Hold'em, you're welcome at our table. The emphasis is always on great play, good company, and a fair game.
No-Limit Texas Hold'em every Wednesday night. Low buy-in, serious poker. Open to all players. Just show up.
Levels 1–3 run 20 minutes each to accommodate late arrivals and rebuys. All remaining levels are 15 minutes.

Tournament winners, season champions, and freeroll title holders will be honored here.
Twenty years of champions deserve their place.
Every quarter, OPD holds a Freeroll Championship open to any player who participated in at least one weekly tournament that season. No additional buy-in. The prize pool is funded by a portion of every weekly tournament, giving you a shot at real money just for showing up.
The Freeroll is held on the first Sunday following the end of each season at 2 PM, four times per year.
Food is always included. Sometimes it's grilled, sometimes it's ordered out, but there's always a spread. The Freeroll is a tournament and a party.
